Really struggled last night with yoga. I quickly got to wear my arms were not allowing me to keep going back and forth to downward dog, plank etc. I picked up each move from runners pose and felt the burn for the first 45 minutes. I know stretching is good but I really struggled with last 45 minutes. I was doing it, just felt like I wasn't "bringing it".
I really want to do the plan as stated but after only two yoga days, the idea of switching in cardio x instead is enticing.
