For those of you wondering about my progress...
I have injured my shoulder. I can hardly do a pushup or anything with weights or bands. I am simply trying to watch my food and do cardio. I am trying to lose more weight but the P90x is on hold at the moment.
Wife had the flu, but is back going strong with it.
For those of you still finding my blog and reading through it. I can't stress enough how great P90x is. I never did lose a great amount of weight, but inches came off, clothes fit better, energy was better.
Not sure whats next. I will definately do P90x in the future. I'm thinking about trying to lose another 40lbs to get me to 300 and then attacking P90x again from the start.
Thanks for reading and I will be back

Still not a fan of Yoga. Ran on the treadmill. Its amazing how far I can run now before having to walk for a little bit. Shoulder still painful (Hurt shaking pepper on to supper lol) and knee hurting doing squats. Knee really didn't bother me running though.
I swear the I am having more and more problems the further I get. My knee has been really stiff and sore. Plyo didn't help it much but made it through. It seems that the finish line is in site but getting more and more difficult.
So I started week 11 again, feels good to be able to do real pushups for a lot of them. Knee pushups are just embarrassing lol. Plyo tonight, getting stronger and stronger.
Ok, so it has been a bad week for me. My right shoulder is killing me which really made some of the arm workouts tough. Felt nautious all through plyo and didn't do Yoga last night. Even though I did the other workouts I was not feeling great about it. Felt like I was half-assing it if that makes sense. I am going to keep going and finish this week out, but I will be redoing week 11 next week.
I did my last Chest and Back workout for round one of P90x. As embarrasing as this is, here is an interesting number from the first exercise "Standard Pushups"
Week 1 - 3 Full 15 on my knees
Week 11 - 20 Full 8 on my knees
I thought this was a nice gain.
