Week 2 is in the books and definately feel more energetic. Still sore but not nearly as much as the first week. I managed to lose 3.4 lbs this week. More importantly though, after two weeks I have lost a total of 9.5 inches. The skeptic in me wonders how I can lose so many inches and only 3.4 lbs, but I guess thats what replacing fat with muscle does. I have lost weight much faster before, but never felt like I had this much energy.
I find myself anxiously wanted to get to 4 weeks to see if the pictures show anything.
