So, I worked late on Friday and the wife wanted me to meet her and the kids at Olive Garden. I ate salad, chicken scampi and desert. Got home after 10pm and still had to put kids to bed. It was not a workout day for me.
This morning my kids got me up at 7am. I fed them breakfast and did Kenpo X. I will do Legs tonight. Couldn't do them in order because bands, weights, etc are in bedroom where wife was sleeping in.
So all in all, I had one cheat meal and back to business. Didn't wake up and feel like I blew everything and head up to McDonalds. I have lost some weight, inches and feel great. I can't seem to see it in the mirror but still looking forward to Day 30 pics.
