Week 3 - Day 20 - Kenpo & Legs and Back

Just finished up Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X. Wow, definately tough to make up a workout and do two a day. Legs feel like jello. I still feel like I should be doing more cardio to lose weight, but I'm sticking with this because so far I seem to be shedding weight.

Love the Posts! And I like hearing that the Weight is coming off, but take it easy on the scale numbers. I know you have said it before that the Scale is not the Main thing. You are Recapturing lost ground in the Game of Life. Keep it up.
