Yoga was very difficult. It's one and a half hours long and your muscles start burning pretty quickly. Again, with my size I had to adapt a few things but I am sore this morning. I've been sore everyday this week, but it feels like muscles I haven't used are sore today from Yoga X. First 45 minutes are sweat producing and painful. The second half is more stretching and stances. Still working the muscles but not as intense as the first half.
Haven't lost any weight but that will come.
