I went and played 9 holes of golf after work today so didn't get to workout until 9pm last night. I had some pain for a month now in my right shoulder when golfing, last nights workout really seem to stretch it out. Muscles are sore today but feel good. I did a much better job of adapting the ab ripper x routine to my size. Most were crunches rather than situps but I actually still feel my stomach muscles aching today so obviously worked better than the first time I did it. For those that are really overweight like myself, this is how I adapted. Rather than 2 or 3 full setups and unable to go any more. I did 2 and then simply did the same motion but the rest were more crunches than situps. It burned however and I think thats what counts
