Well another day done. I love the resistance workouts. There is something satisfying about barely being able to lift your arms after a good workout. Need to try and find a substitute for decline pushups. I can do one on round one and zero on round two. Anyone out there have any ideas?
I keep thinking with the weight I need to lose I'm going to do some additional walking after the workouts. Can't seem to muster up that energy yet. Again, my right shoulder has been stiff lately but after warming up and getting started no pain.
Onto another day of Plyo tomorrow. That should be interesting.
