Wow that felt good. Kept up a lot better than the first time. It fascinates me how quickly my body adapted to the breathing. Still adapted but able to go the entire time on almost everything.
I want to try and focus some thoughts on being a lot bigger than most people starting P90x. After just one week, these are the main adaptations to Plyo. Anything jumping with feet or knees in the air quickly turns into mainly jumping but still good cardio. Don't quite have the same pace as the video but went for all 30 sec or 60 sec of each move. Lastly, the hot foot move. I can stay up on one foot like that, I did the jump rope adapation for the entire minute.
As tough as this is, it is by far one of my favorite workouts. As weird as it sounds, a lot of the moves remind me of highschool and college sport workouts. I love the bonus round of shooting and pitching motion.
