With my wife and daughter out of town, I wasn't able to get my kid to bed until 9:00pm tonight. I was on my feet moving all day at work and was yawning like crazy, but I "pushed play" and fought through it. Felt like I kept up better last week, but still had my heart rate up for a good cardio.
Anyone out there that works out at night? I can't seem to get to it until about 7-9 pm. At midnight I'm laying in bed wide awake since I started working out. I have to figure out how to sleep so I can get the best out of my workouts.
