I love the arm workouts. They go fast and you feel so pumped afterwards. For the first time I even showed my wife the hint of definition appearing (lol). I will say that it has been tough to get started the past few days. I can't quite figure it out. Could it be the complete rest day I took Sunday? Or my wife being out of town until late last night? Whatever it is, it was definately easier the first two weeks.
On a side note, the scale has been very friendly to me this week. I "officially" weigh in on Monday mornings when I wake up, but I weigh myself daily and am looking forward to Monday.
