I absolutely hate and love this workout. Let me explain. I dreaded all day. It goes by so slowely compared to the other DVD's, however I feel so stretched and loose afterwards. Still can't jump into runner's pose from plank move but fell out of it and got up into runner's pose. Even this morning, I feel a lot of the soreness from previous workouts gone.
Diet has been going exceptionally well. Had to run out for diapers at 10:00pm last night, which used to be my normal 32oz Coke and snack run. Wife calls me while I'm there to say she wants a coke. Talk about testing me lol. Ended up taking one drink of her coke, which was the first drink of pop I've had in a week.
Weight is really coming off this week, I'm sure a lot to do with the diet but we'll see what Monday's weigh in brings.
