Another new video on phase two. I love the resistance training to begin with and add in the new DVD and this went by fast. I didn't sweat nearly as much as usual but man did I struggle with some of the curls. This video has a lot of curls. I also like the change of pace in this phase. The two arm videos don't repeat exercises. Just a lot of different ones but one time each. Biceps are burnt today and I'm loving it. Yoga again tonight. I might again do the first 45 minutes and then run on the treadmill. Again, the second half of Yoga involves a lot of balancing and positions that are tough or not possible for me. For example, crane is a while away from doing.
On a side note, my wife did Ab Ripper X on Monday with me and last night as well. Always nicer working with someone else. She kicked my butt on all the exercises. Her comment though was "This is like my pilates Ab DVD but instead of 5 reps you do 25" lol.
