Day 30 - Plyo and 30 Day Picture

Finished plyo tonight and my legs are dead. I can't seam to get my legs to recover. There is a tremendous amount of squats/lunges in almost all the videos. I'm certain that is part of it.

Here is one 30 day pic. I need to edit my face out of the others. I can see some difference but I'm sure it could have been more. Most noticable change is in face, chest and legs. Not as much in gut.

you can see the changes.. keep it up... the best results come after day 60 too.. so dont get discouraged if you see your total weight loss slow down.. while losing fat you are adding muscle which is more dense therefore the weight seems less... watch your face, waist and legs slim up and your clothing fit differently... then you will know that the X is where its at...
