Another great workout tonight. As previously stated, I love the arm workouts. Wife came and joined me for the ab ripper x which kicks her butt as well, but she is able to do most of them.
I finally got my pictures edited. Again, I see some changes but nothing super drastic. For those of you looking to do P90x, don't let the pictures confuse you. I have dropped inches, some pounds and three belt notches since starting. I see most the changes in my face (though its blurred out), legs and shoulders/chest. Let me know what you think, don't hesitate to comment or email me.
Fair warning, just like Plyo, I don't recommend eating before viewing these pics lol (You've been warned)

Congrats on the progress, how much weight have you lost so far?
That is what is strange. So far 12lbs. But 7lbs was in one week. Very strange scale numbers but measurements are dropping. I could always do better with the diet though.
