Once again, I substituted for Yoga. I always tell myself I'm going to give it a shot but I can't take it. I know the stretching is good but I don't substitute easy stuff. I first went to my treadmill for 20minutes. Roughly 15 minutes running and 5 minutes walking. I was amazed that I was able to run for so long before stopping for a few to catch my breath. Another sign this program is working. I then did Cardio X after the treadmill.
Oh and I had a piece of my wife's birthday cake.

I'll give you a pass on this round, but if you are with us when the numbers really drop in Round 2 than Yoga is a Must.
For the record, I am currently going through a round of P90X+ with my wife. The rotation includes Yoga X, and my wife has never (many once done it with me in the previous two years. She is doing it this round, but modified. Last Week we did the first 55 minutes (she did up to Warrior 3), and this week we did the last 43 minutes. she can spare about 45 of her morning minutes, so this is what I am doing.
Either way Keep moving forward as you Reverse the Trend.
