Plyo was as tough if not tougher than what I read. I was only able to keep up for about 20-25 seconds and I'm sure my form was off. Example: I couldn't get my knees up to my hands on the jumping squats but damn did I try. Only two days in and feel exhausted. Thought I was working out before on the treadmill but that was nothing.
