Ahh, finally back to resistance. Love the feeling of barely being able to lift my arms above my ahead for the cooldown. I still have to get better on the diet. To clarify, I'm keeping it around 1800-2000 calories but eating more carbs than I should. I find it pretty easy to avoid the bad fats but carbs are more difficult. I was losing weight faster at 1500 calories a day and cardio 3 times a week. I upped my calories because of the P90x program. I might have to shave some of those off to get some lbs going again.
Today is Day 30, I will finish my workout tonight and have my wife take my 30 day pics. I tend to be embarassed about my size, so more than likely I blur the face out, but I do plan on posting pics here. I'm very nervous that it won't show much but I have definately lost inches so we'll see.
