Three weeks down and ten to go. I lost 7lbs this week and the inches are still coming off slowly. Even after three weeks of workouts, my legs still are sore from the Legs and Back dvd. I could have eaten better this weekend but I didn't really go overboard.
Not looking forward to Yoga twice this week and I'm really going to miss the arm workouts this week. Should be interesting what happens with pounds and inches this week since it is mostly cardio.

Good news is I like to use Weights with all the Leg work in Legs and Back W/O, Bad news is I am ALWAYS sore for at least 3 Days after. I have done 4 Rounds (not bragging) and I am always, repeat always sore after that one. I just try not to cry like a two-year old when going up the stairs.
