In case I haven't stressed it enough, I really don't like the yoga dvd. The first 45 minutes is great, and then it's all poses that I for the most part can't get into yet. So last night I did the first 45 minutes and then ran on the treadmill. I ran the entire time and poured sweat. I felt good about this little change so we'll see what happens next time yoga comes up this week.
