So I started the day excited about trying a new workout tonight. Unfortunately, life once again got in the way. I knew in the beginning it would happen on occasion, but still feel like I'm cheating. So I'm open to comments but I have X-Stretch twice during this recovery week, so I think I will skip one and continue on. After family and late night work related IT problems, I had about 4 hours sleep. I feel dead today and am going to really have to motivate myself tonight.

Keep up the work my friend. I completed the series about 6 months ago. lost about 30 lbs over the entire time. Due to medical issues had to stop. Gained it all back and more. I've been doing Yoga for about 13 years. I gotta admit the P90X YogaX is tough! Keep with it though:)
I think of my health as a 3-legged stool with Nutrition, Exercise and Rest (Sleep). Getting your sleep is important in achieving your goals too.
You seem to be past the place of giving up and Slacking off. Keep going.
