Week 4 Day 25 - P90x Kenpo X

I love this workout. Definately started losing form on kicks near the end but felt the burn. I still could be doing better on the diet but nothing like before. Still staying around 1800 calories a day and trying to get as much protein as possible. Unfortunately, I'm not a fish person and chicken/turkey are getting old. Need to figure something else out. Any ideas?

Beans combined with Rice make a Complete Protein.
