I managed to fit in all the workouts except the stretching video. I also ran a couple times on the treadmill. My diet was bad on a few days but still nothing like what I would eat a few months ago. Felt like I did bad this week but can't wait until tomorrows resistance training. I weigh myself daily and it has ranged from down a couple pounds to up a couple pounds. I officialy weight myself tomorrow and won't be suprised to be up. Still averaging 3lbs a week though.
