Still not a fan of Yoga. Ran on the treadmill. Its amazing how far I can run now before having to walk for a little bit. Shoulder still painful (Hurt shaking pepper on to supper lol) and knee hurting doing squats. Knee really didn't bother me running though.

I swear the I am having more and more problems the further I get. My knee has been really stiff and sore. Plyo didn't help it much but made it through. It seems that the finish line is in site but getting more and more difficult.
So I started week 11 again, feels good to be able to do real pushups for a lot of them. Knee pushups are just embarrassing lol. Plyo tonight, getting stronger and stronger.
Ok, so it has been a bad week for me. My right shoulder is killing me which really made some of the arm workouts tough. Felt nautious all through plyo and didn't do Yoga last night. Even though I did the other workouts I was not feeling great about it. Felt like I was half-assing it if that makes sense. I am going to keep going and finish this week out, but I will be redoing week 11 next week.
I did my last Chest and Back workout for round one of P90x. As embarrasing as this is, here is an interesting number from the first exercise "Standard Pushups"
Week 1 - 3 Full 15 on my knees
Week 11 - 20 Full 8 on my knees
I thought this was a nice gain.
Still alive and kicking. I did Kenpo Sunday instead of Saturday so I could do it with the wife. Much less of the day gone when we can do it at the same time. Still haven't had a chance to get my 60 day pics up, but they are coming.
Another great workout, I see my numbers getting higher. I can see muscles in my arms, shoulders and back that great. Unfortunatley, I still struggling with diet. I have some good days and then bad days. It is depressing thinking that if I could manage to follow the diet hardcore I would probably have lost another 30lbs by now.
Still going still pushing play
Another day another dvd. Again, I couldn't get to my workout until 10:30. The problem with that is I'm always wired for another couple hours after the workout and dragging the next day. All in all though a good workout. It's amazing how much sweat these things produce.
On a side note, my wife just started week three of P90x lean and has already seen an inch off her waist. She is officially hooked
Had five days off with some vacation time and the holiday and enjoyed it to the fullest. Missed Friday's workout, but got to take the family to a minor league baseball game for free. Did Legs/Back on Saturday and Kenpo on Sunday. It was late, but managed my arms workout last night around 10pm. Still fighting the diet everday, but going strong.
So again, I can't make myself do yoga. I know I should but it makes me want to quit lol. Instead I went to the gym and ran 1.5 miles non stop. Did this a couple weeks ago I shaved about 30 seconds from that time so it felt good. Before I started I couldn't run for more than 4 minutes before needing to walk.
I will get my pictures up as soon as I can
Finished another great resistance workout and did the ab Dvd. I had bought some 10lb weights which helped me push even harder on some of the moves like straight arm flys. 3 days of watching my diet and working out hard has me dropping lbs and hopefully inches. Just need to keep it up and not blow it on the weekend.
Tomorrow is my day 60 pics. No idea what to expect since I did have a few bumps in the road. I will post them on here once i get them uploaded
Another great workout and a great day for my diet. I must confirm what everyone says, diet a huge part of this. The strange thing about the workouts lately is I feel like I'm not able to do as much as before. However, on closer inspection, I'm jumping higher on plyo excercises and pushing myself harder, which in turn makes me not last as long. At least I think this makes sense. Example, Run squats. I started out being able to do run squats and doing a step turn on the 4th one and I still couldn't keep up with Tony. Last night, I kept up speed wise and did the jump turn, but then couldn't make it past 25seconds.
On a side note, my wife complained for the first week that she better see some results soon or she's done with it lol. I tolk her give it a minimum 30 days and you will notice. Well last night she came down saying, I think I can tell some difference in my arms. She seems to be hooked now.
Back to push ups and pull ups. Love the feeling in my arms after this workout. Did great on the diet yesterday. Just need to keep it up.
